The negative impact menopause can have on women in the workplace and on personal lives is well documented, and all forward-thinking organisations know that not only does it make sound business sense to support women navigating their menopause journey, but it is also the right thing to do.

 

Greater Manchester Police were pioneering menopause support in the workplace back in 2011 and I`m proud of the part I played as wellbeing coach at that time, supporting female colleagues, and helping men understand.

 

The Safe and Sound One Day Course will help negotiate the difficulties of menopause and cope with the most common menopause symptoms:

Many people retire, collect their leaving gifts, bank their lump sum, and sail off into the sunset quite happy. At first, it's great!
